Beach House – 50 meters from the calm beach front. Ground floor has a fully equipped commercial kitchen. The Dining area includes two large tropical hardwood tables with dining capacity for 18. Outside is a large covered terrace with couches, sling chairs and hammocks.

Tree House…
88 steps up into the canopy and built on the hillside, this cabin has native hard wood floors with marine varnish. The main room has one queen bed and a set of bunk beds with table and seating. A balcony looks out into the canopy and with some views through the trees to the beach. It has a full bathroom with passive hot water shower inside the cabin. This cabin has solar lighting. Tree House with view to balcony.

The Bungalow…
This little cabin is concrete block, queen bed and two rattan chairs. A separating wall of native hardwoods encloses the private sink and toilet. The half bath has a sliding door for privacy. The outdoor shower is adjacent to the cabin. This cabin has electric power.

The Mariposa Cabin…
This cabin is built entirely of native hardwoods and is in the gardens close to the entrance to the third trail. It has a set of bunk beds, a day bed/couch and a small balcony with couch. The Mariposa looks out onto the garden with the beach beyond. This cabin has a solar light. One of the best cabins for bird-watching.

7 Tent (Glamping) cabins…
There are 11 twin beds and one queen bed, all with orthopedic mattresses. All are located in the garden, can be relocated and are made with bamboo and pressure treated wood.

Additional buildings and houses…
Manager/Owners House: A two bedroom, two bath house with large terrace, covered drying area for linens and its own solar system with mini hydro for electric. Completely furnished.

Caretaker’s house: It has a kitchen, two bedrooms, toilet and outdoor shower with a solar system for lighting and refrigeration.

Large 30x60ft concrete workshop with full bathroom: Solar lighting – Addendum #1 includes all equipment and tools.
